About GHK-Cu Glow Stack

The GHK-Cu "Glow" regeneration stack combines GHK-Cu (copper peptide) with BPC-157 and TB-500 to promote skin elasticity, collagen production, faster injury recovery, and reduced inflammation. This combination is widely studied in regenerative medicine. This stack has not yet been approved for public consumption, however trials of the glow stack have produced the following results: 1-2 weeks: Improved skin hydration and comfort. 4-8 weeks: Noticeable improvements in skin texture and early firmness. 8-12+ weeks: Reduced appearance of fine lines and better skin resilience. 2x 35mg preloaded pens totalling 70mg, combining the copper peptide with BPC-157 and TB-500. Trials of the glow stack involved subjects dosing the product at 1.25mg every two days, rotating between both thighs, arms and stomach area. Studies have also revealed that adding a zinc supplement whilst using the glow stack produced a quicker absorption rate. Trials also included subjects using the glow stack together with Retatrutide — these subjects showed results of skin tightening around areas where weight loss would normally leave sagging or loose skin.

Research Applications

Research Mechanism — GHK-Cu Glow Stack

A simplified summary of what GHK-Cu Glow Stack is studied for in research models. For laboratory in-vitro use only.

Sequence:Gly-His-Lys (complexed with Cu²⁺)

Origin: Naturally occurring human copper-binding tripeptide, synthesised as a Cu²⁺-chelated complex for laboratory research.

  1. Molecular target

A copper-binding tripeptide investigated for its delivery of Cu²⁺ to intracellular enzymes and its interaction with extracellular matrix components in research models.

    • Lysyl oxidase (copper-dependent enzyme)
    • Superoxide dismutase 3 (SOD3) cofactor delivery
    • Decorin and glycosaminoglycan binding sites
  2. Investigated pathways

Preclinical studies have explored downstream effects on antioxidant signalling, extracellular matrix remodelling, and gene-expression responses in cultured cells.

    • Collagen and elastin synthesis modulation
    • Nrf2 antioxidant-response element signalling
    • MMP-2 matrix metalloproteinase regulation
  3. Preclinical research applications

Used as a research tool in laboratory models exploring dermal-fibroblast biology, oxidative-stress science, and matrix-remodelling research. Not approved for human use.

    • Dermal fibroblast and keratinocyte cultures
    • Hair-follicle dermal papilla cell models
    • In vitro skin-aging and oxidative-stress assays

GHK-Cu Glow Stack — Frequently Asked Questions

What peptides are included in the Glow Stack?

The Glow Stack combines three peptides in two preloaded pens: GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide-1), BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound), and TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment). Together, these target collagen production, tissue repair, and inflammation reduction.

What results were observed in trials?

Trial subjects reported improved skin hydration within 1-2 weeks, noticeable texture and firmness improvements at 4-8 weeks, and reduced fine lines with better skin resilience at 8-12+ weeks. Subjects who combined the Glow Stack with Retatrutide showed skin tightening in areas affected by weight loss.

Does zinc supplementation affect the Glow Stack?

Studies have revealed that adding a zinc supplement alongside the Glow Stack produced a quicker absorption rate. GHK-Cu is a copper-zinc dependent peptide, so adequate zinc levels may support optimal copper peptide utilisation.
